It’s a 3 person interview over 90 minutes. So it’s a little daunting but overall gives you a good feel for what’s valued in the company. I got to meet my supervisor, the head of another dept, and the head of our branch of the company.

I applied twice last year and this year. Both happened the exact same way.
I applied online via LinkedIn and a recruiter reached out to me within a couple of days to set up a phone interview. After a very fun phone call, I was invited to come to the office for an in-person interview.
From there, I talked to three different managers. I shared my experience and background. I emphasized a lot how much I wanted to work here. I was told I would hear back within 5 days.
Then there came a letter saying they moved forward with someone else despite the position still opens on LinkedIn.
While I know it solely was my fault and how I did during this interview, I decided to pass on other job offers (in the hope I would be hired for DoorDash). It happened first time around and also this time again. I just deleted the app and no longer wanted to be a customer.
