Il colloquio è formato da 3 fasi
- Primo colloquio conoscitivo + domande tech (1ora)
- Assignment: scrivere un microservizio dockerizzato che espone Rest API per la gestione del 2FA in Python3 (1 settimana)
- Colloquio HR (50 min)
l'offerta era molto più bassa delle aspettative e non pareggiava nemmeno una contro offerta di un'altra azienda (40k RAL)

Entretien
4 Different Steps:
1) first meetup with HR team to talk about past experiences, studies etc. a company presentation is provided by HR
2) Technical Interview with Senior Team Member. Questions over different technical topics are asked
3) Technical Assesment. a take home assessment to finish in the span of a week with a good degree of freedom
4) Tech meetup to review the assesment with Senior Team Member
Overall, smooth and clear process with a lot of information shared from the company employees.

I was first contacted by an HR about my profile fitting some openings they had, then I had a first interview on the phone with that person.
After that, she gave me a technical test to work out.
The third step was a technical interview with the team leader--debugging the test code--and right after that an interview with another HR.
I got offered a standard contract with a just above the standard salary, the bit above the average was partially a forfait for further overtime and partially an advance on further raises, I declined the offer.
