While I did not ultimately land the role, it was a close call between myself and another candidate, I really appreciated the professionalism of everyone I met with as well as the continuous timely follow ups from the recruiter. Very top notch group!
Met with a group of two individuals simultaneously on two different occasions, and then met with VP of Customer Success as the final round. The recruiting team were very communicative at every step of the process and circled back with me within a day or two of each interview ... except for the last one. After about a month passed after the final interview I emailed the recruiter I was working with and they called me and basically said "Oh yeah sorry there was a temporary internal shuffle here so we forgot about getting back to you. By the way, you didn't get the job."

I had not interviewed for a new job position for years. The Domo team made this process smooth and comfortable. I left each interview feeling more confident in my own abilities as well as feeling more connected to the company. I am at a stage in life where a job is not just a job. I am in a place where I am looking for a long term career and the Domo team helped me find that comfort throughout the interview process. They were completely transparent about the position as well as the over company experience.

They asked some of the standard interview questions but focused on my resume and wanted me to expound on my experiences and skills. Be prepared to ask some valuable questions and respond knowledgeably about your own abilities and accomplishments.
