It was my first job, so I had no previous experience. They described the position, asked how well I think I would handle certain aspects about the position, then asked more about availability. Very quick process.

Are you comfortable taking orders over the phone?
Are you comfortable multitasking between the phone and in-person customers?
they basically just asked what my availability was and standard questions, i was hired on the spot and was asked to fill out online paperwork before starting. the process was definitely laid back.
Manager asked general questions about how to handle customers. Also asked how I work in general. You also get asked to memorize how to make the specialty pizzas. I got hired on the spot because of their need for more customer service reps
