I applied online and got to the phone interview stage with HR. These always feel robotic and pointless to me. Just bring people in for face to face interviews. Style and charisma and making sure a person will fit in 8 hours a day is more important once the resume is a match. I always thought this company would be a fun, modern culture. Nope. It was all business and serious questions. Very little interaction, just all questions. They seemed to stress SQL experience and I am not sure why. This is a financial role. The purpose of Finance is to drive results and profits. SQL is IT and Data Analytics. So I have no idea what this company is doing.
