I applied online and was called a few days later and asked to fill out another application and to then call to schedule and interview. I was asked a few basic questions about my resume and school, availability, and how close I lived to the store. I still haven't heard back anything on whether or not I was chosen for the position yet.

Lengthy but not intensive, the process was mainly to see how much training I would need if I were to join the company.
It was good to also have a referral
over the phone questions, then in store interview. typical what are your skills; where do you see yourself in the future; what is your biggest weakness, then after the short interview (approx 10mins) i got a message saying i had passed and they asked me to come in the next day.

Not bad. Pretty straight forward. Asked basic math and process questions; if the register was down could you use the calculator to ring up, and stuff like have you heard of these payment processors
