You apply online and they just send you into training and drug testing. There is no real interview. They want to grab people and pull them in, not caring about who they are or what about them. One of our guys even admitted he should've been stopped with the drug test. He's on meth and they either didn't care enough or didn't even actually test.

they basically just asked what my availability was and standard questions, i was hired on the spot and was asked to fill out online paperwork before starting. the process was definitely laid back.
