Very easy process. Informal interview where the STAR method is used. Went around the room with 3 people asking different questions about my background and describing the position that was open.

Usually, the company conducts 2 interviews.
1) HR Screening
2) Panel interview with Manager and 2 others
HR takes the time to review your resume and ask questions about location, along with providing details about the company. During the panel interview, a case study or assignment may be given to test your skills. Additionally, the manager will ask behavioral and personally questions.

Another one would be, if you had problems with hierarchy or bureaucracy.
