Called in on the phone to see if they were hiring. Walked in and had a brief interview asking very basic questions. More of a background check than technical intervoew

Easy, quick, direct. No nonsense about their needs. Hired immediately after interview, but work culture was good at my location unlike others in my area. It was in-person… at the front of the store, in public viewing, though.
