There was a phone call for an interview, and I was already in town so I went in. I authorized a background check, and came back the next day and the 2nd interview was basically, "Hey, your background check came back well, so you'll start Monday!"

The store manager and I discussed my needs and the Company needs . Both parties were open and candid to questions and answers. We discussed the needs of the store vs. my schedule of employment availability. The interview was positive and encouraging. Motivating. GREAT interview!
