Training was very straightforward.
Employer talked about the company and its missions.
There were no problem solving questions or scenarios asked.
Gave me the walk around of the store and what roles were available and what they would be doing with responsibilities

The application and hiring process is pretty standard. The one plus is that I didn't have to wait for a phone call after the interview -- I was offered a job at the end of it, and set up to work as soon as my background check came back.

It was great. Good communication. I acknowledged how I would handle a return or even an irate customer. Guest service is of the most. Customer service is of the essence of a great run store. Have fun and appreciate all customers and help out with anything you can do.
