The interview process was quick and easy. Predictable questions. My interviewer was straightforward about everything and very friendly. He seemed to really enjoy his job at Dollar General. It lasted roughly around 15 minutes and I was offered the job.

Asked about retail and customer service experience. Were very concerned about availability and flexibility. Easy questions by the store manager. We were interrupted a couple of times by current employees needing help on the floor.

The interview was rushed, but went very well. He was in a frenzy. A new manager who just took over a job and was hiring all new people forwny positions.
