I never actually applied for a position. While i was shopping with my family the RDM asked me to consider coming to work for DG. I called him the next buisness day and was asked to email him a resume. 2 days later i recieved a call from another manager who wanted to interview immediatley. I interviewed that same day. 2 days later i recieved another phone call, the RDM was coming in the next day to meet with me. I had an interview with him and they said they would call me within the next couple of days.

would I be willing to recruit other employees from my current job to come to work for DG.
You will get a call from the DM go in for the interview and they’ll let you know if you’ve been hired or not. It was an easy process I applied and within a week I received a phone call for an interview.

Entretien
My soon to be DM was very kind and very blunt and to the point about what would be expected of me, however she did not mention some very key things like.... 60- 80 our weeks every week, what would be my 1 1/2. Days off. Which i didnt get most weeks, and that most stores were overstocked and understaffed. Im sure she meant well. She was very professional and very company minded.
I had three interviews. One with Human Resources. One with the district manager. And one with the regional director. Overall it took 3 weeks to complete the interviewing process. Not very convienient and time consuming
