Phone screening followed by in person interview. Interviewed with two managers (AVP and VP). After interview I did an assessment with my recruiter. Recruiter followed up within 7 days and made an offer

Phone interview, interview with Regional Manager, Interview with VP. Interviews were behavior-based and required answers to specific incidents at previous jobs. VP was very intimidating, but I later learned that he is friendly and supportive.
