I got an email to schedule the first interview. The recruiter asked engaging questions to really test my knowledge, and I put a lot of preparation into the interview. After the initial interview, however, I did not hear back about next steps or a rejection.

The interview went very smoothly; they asked about experience and availability, and talked about the company and the job. Questions about their knowledge of the company and technology were in English, with the rest being in their native language.

Process was easy. University recruiter reached out to schedule interviews. Had phone screen, hiring manager interview, and interview with team. They said they would get back with decisions the week after the last interview. HR was extremely disorganized and forgot to send a decision. After I reminded them about where I stood in the process, I received an unprofessional email.
