Cons: After my initial interview with HR, communication went silent. I followed up and received no response. About ten days later, I suddenly received an interview request with the hiring manager. As mentioned, the interview itself went fairly well. He explicitly said, “I will get back to you soon, either way — I know what it’s like to be searching for a job.” Afterward, he had asked during the interview about the AI tool we used for leads, and I couldn’t recall the name at the time. I found it later and sent it to him in a brief LinkedIn message. I never received a response. I followed up with the recruiter again and was ghosted there as well. It felt as though I simply disappeared from their process.
