HR screen. HM screen. Panel with peers. Panel with leadership. In total I spoke with 7 people but did not advance to the final stage. For feedback, I was told I am too senior for the scope of the role. This is particularly frustrating because my years of experience was no secret, and I should have been disqualified earlier in the process if this was a concern for the team. Overall, I enjoyed all of my interviews, but this ending for this reason made for a negative experience.
