J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Docusign
Entretien
Streamlined and straightforward. Starts with an informational call with the recruiter, then a presentation with hiring managers. Most of my interviewers didn’t show up, which was a little weird, but the one who did was very helpful and nice.
Presentation involves sharing a big deal you sold.
The one thing that upset me was what happened after joining. I was told by the initial recruiter that sign on bonuses are negotiable, and when receiving the offer, told flat out by another recruiter that they “never offer” sign on bonuses for SMB, and they were firm on that even after you probing more
First week I started, a bunch of my fellow SMB AE new hires were asking about when they can expect their sign on bonus. I checked out their LinkedIn, and they had very similar work backgrounds to me (ie no previous SaaS and worked in the same industry/positions).
I don’t think it was intentional, but I couldn’t help notice how a majority of the folks were white. As a person of color, it can be a little more challenging to advocate for myself. But at the same time I think sign on bonuses could have been done more equitably or at least offered to everyone, since they leave little to no room for negotiation.

Really swift and positive. Good Information given and direct feedback. Seemed like a really good place to work for and people to work with. Would highly recommend. Discovery call was challenging in a good way

I interviewed with Docusign for an Account Executive role. All men interviewed me in every round. I got to the final round, and they kept asking me what information the recruiter gave me prior to the final round interview. Leadership seems to have issues with the recruiting team and didn’t offer the eposition because they felt the recruiter helped me too much. Very backwards and unfair to the candidate. I stayed with my current job after all that, where the salary is higher actually. Dodged a bullet.
Pretty standard interview process: 4 rounds (Recruiter > Hiring Manager > Presentation > Final Round). Never received any feedback or a decision after the final stage which was pretty frustrating.
