Recruiter round to explain role, expectations, process. Very clear and detailed. Second round with hiring manager who had questions on my experience and interest in the role. The third round was peer to peer interview with a possible colleague in the same department which was very open and transparent. The fourth round was a presentation to the hiring manager and his direct manager on my experience in program management, lifecycle management, and solution knowledge to some degree. All in all very professional, helpful, clear, and great interviewers. Also, the recruiter was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process. I withdrew from the interview process just before the potential offer stage as my current employer offered me an attractive role change (they were not aware I was doing these interviews with DocuSign) but else I would have definitely gone with this role.
