It was a pretty straight forward process that took about 2 weeks from initial recruiter contact. I applied Dec. 2020 heard from recruiter Late Jan 202`. It started a phone interview, then a zoom interview with 1 hiring manager and another with other hiring managers within the org that had space on their team. The recruiter questions were simple, "why do you want to work at docusign" "tell me about your experience with contract negotiations". Overall, the recruiter told me I didn't necessarily have enough experience that they were looking for and wanted to keep an open line of communication for future roles, but was going to send my resume over regardless. That same day I heard back and had a 30 min zoom interview scheduled with a hiring manager later that week. From there it was a quick cadence in regards to moving to the next steps, which was a 45 min zoom with other hiring managers. After that the recruiter followed up saying they would have an update for me by a specific date. Recruiter followed up 2 days post group interview with an offer.

The HR reached out to me because I applied before and after conducting the first interview, I never heard back from them although I emailed them several times for a feedback.. Horrible and unprofessional experience.
