Entretien
Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn, phone interview scheduled that week with recruiter, phone interview scheduled with potential manager the following week, brought onsite the next day with 3 members of leadership team for final in person interview. Very positive, encouraging, and quick process. They are focused on getting to know you as a person--not just your professional background--to make sure you'd make a good fit with the team/culture.

I interviewed with Docusign for an Account Executive role. All men interviewed me in every round. I got to the final round, and they kept asking me what information the recruiter gave me prior to the final round interview. Leadership seems to have issues with the recruiting team and didn’t offer the eposition because they felt the recruiter helped me too much. Very backwards and unfair to the candidate. I stayed with my current job after all that, where the salary is higher actually. Dodged a bullet.
Pretty standard interview process: 4 rounds (Recruiter > Hiring Manager > Presentation > Final Round). Never received any feedback or a decision after the final stage which was pretty frustrating.
