The usual tell me about yourself, even though I just told you I am looking directly at your resume, followed by the ever popular why do you want to work at DocuSign... because I need a job. Tell me what skills you bring to the table, tell me how you approach a problem, who do you work with at a customer, etc... Honestly this process shouldn't take more than 2 weeks start to finish. Everyone and I mean everyone can find 30 minutes to an hour on their schedule to fit an interview in. The ever popular let's talk one day this week and then let's schedule something for next week and on and on, is really not a good sign in the year 2016.
