I interviewed with DocuSign in October 2025 for a [Renewal coordinator role]. The recruiter and interviewers were friendly how ever they didn't show any interest but the interview itself went well. I was told I would receive feedback in 1–2 weeks, but I never heard back in that timeframe and had to follow up . When I eventually received a response, it was only that they had chosen another candidate — with no constructive feedback or explanation. During the interview, I was also asked how I was going to handle my children while working. I found this question surprising and unprofessional, as it’s unrelated to my skills or ability to do the job. She also mentioned during the conversation that the position was intended for recent graduates rather than experienced professionals, which contradicted the job description and what had been communicated earlier in the process.
Later I learned (via an interviewer who spoke to a relative of mine ) that my interview performance was actually positive, which made the lack of transparency even more disappointing. DocuSign promotes a people-first culture externally, but my experience suggests their candidate follow-up and feedback loop could use improvement. Even when a hire isn’t made without a real reason , timely and clear communication would make a big difference to candidates.
