Received a call about setting up an interview and when I called back, I was asked interview-esque questions. The actual interview was a virtual interview through Microsoft Teams conducted by two Document Systems employees. They tried their best to make me comfortable and further explained what the job entailed. I soon learned this was a commission based job which was not in the job description and not what I was looking for.
