- Phone screening call with a recruiter - Video call with a current Product Manager - A series of four interviews with various key team members (they preferred all on one day, but my schedule prevented this, so they accommodated me and scheduled the interviews across multiple days) - Followed up by email with a rejection, but also willing to follow up (and did) to discuss specifics around their reasoning. My interview process was in Spring 2021 and the team was amazing. With every interview, I hoped more for the chance to work with everyone. Unfortunately for me, after going through the entire process there were stronger candidates but overall it was a good growth experience for me.
