All process was easy and nicely done - i felt guided all the way. I got all the information I needed, although Miss Martyna was really nice, kind and communicative. Also I got e-mail or phone response really fast.

Entretien
Whole recruitment process consisted of three stages. The first one was the phonecall with recruiter. During the second stage I met the leader of my team and one of my workmates. The last meeting was interview with the manager of Customer Care Department and People Experience Business Partner. Overall I'm satisfied with how the process looked. During every stage I felt like I'm already the part of the team. Each of people met was caring, interviews were less stressing than I've thought they would be.

Entretien
I found the job offer for this position on LinkedIn. I applied with my CV, and after a week I received a reply with an invitation to the next step, which was a 30-minute phone call.
Step by step, I was always reassured by the recruiter and never felt left on standby. I was informed that the process between each stage could take up to a week, but in reality, I received updates as early as the next working day.
After the phone call, there were two more video interviews with team leaders and a coworker, during which I was asked about my experience, customer approach, skills, and more.
Every stage of the process was professionally organized, and the people I spoke with were incredibly friendly and supportive.
