Questions d'entretien chez DocPath Document Management

I mostly just sat in the conference room while the two interviewers talked to each other about ongoing projects, leaving me staring at them, in awkward silence. There were a few basic softball questions, and back to them discussing ongoing projects with each other. I'm not entirely sure they were prepared for the interview, or for hiring on a new associate.

I initially contacted the CEO, who is very nice. He set up a phone interview. We talked over the phone and he asked me a lot of basic questions. I think he just wanted to know that I was a normal person with good communication skills. It was a low risk hire for him. Overall a good experience.
