I was greeted by the receptionist and offered a drink while I waited to be interviewed. I was then met by the Operational Director (who I think is actually the Factory Manager). I was asked a series of questions around my experience. My second interview was similar but also involved the company owner. The second interview is more professional and structured than the first, so make sure you are prepared. I was offered the role but declined as I didn't think I would gel with the rest of the team.
