Thank you for providing your feedback and I'm sorry to hear you had such an experience. We care deeply about giving a positive experience during our process and try as much as possible to get in touch quickly and leave a good impression, so it was certainly not our intention to make you feel this way, and we apologise.
Although I certainly do not mean this to excuse your experience, until this month we only had one person managing all recruitment processes for Dixa alone in Talent Acquisition, with many open positions and candidates in process. So, unfortunately it has been more difficult to provide that ideal candidate experience and prompt responses that we are always aiming for.
Now that we have more hands on deck, I hope that we will not have such experiences repeating themselves. Please feel free to reach out to me directly (and@dixa.com) if you would like to talk about this further.
