      Entretien

1st: HR Screen 2nd: Department Head Interview 3rd: Group Team Interview 4th: Director/VP Level Interview 5th: Negotiations Very straightforward throughout the entire process. HR did a good job of keeping me in the loop at all times, like respond within 3 hours and always able to take a call to talk. It's 50% culture/fit type questions followed by 50% technical questions. The questions asked are straightforward and not trick questions. If a question is vague and or has multiple answers then ask for clarification or state there are multiple ways of answering. If you don't know the answer and or haven't worked with a particular thing don't try to lie. The department is very knowledgeable so you can't lie or blow smoke. Upper management of the department has a lot of technical knowledge and not just business/manager knowledge. There is a big culture fit as well which they emphasis. It isn't a demographic fit as other reviews have stated. The fit is regarding (From my experience talking with everybody): Reliability, Easy to talk with, Respect, Ability to think outside the box, appreciating the little things and understanding that having a good work/life balance is key to performance. I rated it as difficult only because of the technical questions. They really make you back up and look at the larger picture since there are so many variable and different ways of approaching it.
