It’s a nice office with a convenient location right in the heart of downtown San Diego, also the people there seem friendly, that’s about it. Also being that most of these reviews are relatively recent with absolutely no cons they are more then likely fake. I interview with the CTO, it went well he was very nice and I was in there for almost two hours. He expressed to me that he was relatively new himself being there less then a month at the time of the interview. Long story short: come to find out HE IS NO LONGER with Diversyfund, after taking to a friend who also interviewed but for a different position, that position he applied for was no longer needed. Obviously if he wasn’t even there a month, they seem to hire and fire & post and revoke positions often. It seems very unstable and the day I went while I was waiting the employees were on edge there was definitely tension in the air. Please be cautious before interviewing or accepting employment from this company. Do your due diligence and apply with caution.
