Objetivo, entorno de 4 entrevistas por vídeo conferência, sendo analista de RH, diretor regional da área e diretor de RH. As entrevistas duraram aprox. 1 hora, iniciou pontualmente, e as perguntas básicas de mercado para avaliação dos soft e hardskills
