Waste of time (based on other reviews it seems these are fake positions)! Also I was told there are multiple positions that they are hiring for (and everyone talked about slightly different one). I had 5 rounds taking the in total 5h during one week. One of them is assignment which was straight forward and others usually had some mathematical (combinatorics) question. And finally you talk to CEO (wanna be Steve Jobs) which is not really a present experience, as it obvious that he is not thrilled to be there, or to listen to you, but to show he is "smarter" than you. After all of that it took a week to get feedback, where they told me they expect you to have more experience for this role. Which was obviously a generic answer.

I went through a 7-step interview process with Distribusion over the course of 2.5 months. This included an initial recruiter screening, a technical test, interviews with the hiring manager, two senior product leaders, the head of control room, another recruiter, and finally the CEO. Throughout the process, I was told that feedback was positive and that I had reached the final stage. However, additional steps were introduced without prior notice, and interviews were rescheduled last minute on multiple occasions. The final interview with the CEO was a set of riddle questions (e.g. “How much does the Eiffel Tower weigh?”), which felt unrelated to the role or the topics covered in earlier stages. I was informed suddenly afterwards that I was rejected without mentioning reasons. In my experience, the process lacked clarity and transparency. I recommend that candidates carefully evaluate whether this approach aligns with their expectations and time investment. Note: After going through this experience, I noticed similar feedback from other candidates in previous reviews that I highly encourage you to read. I had to edit my experience multiple times to make sure it passes Glassdoor's policy. If it wasn't for the policy, my description would have definitely been much harsher than what I wrote.
