First I sent my application documents to the responsible employee. Shortly afterwards, I received a positive reply with the request to make an appointment for a short telephone interview. This took place shortly afterwards in a very pleasant atmosphere. There were no typical questions asked but it was more about getting to know each other briefly. Rather, I had the opportunity to ask questions about the advertised position. After this interview was also positive for me, I was invited to an interview in England. Flight and transport to the office was perfectly organized. The on-site interview was also not like a typical interview. Much more it was about getting to know each other and to make it possible for me to get to know the team on site. Furthermore, I was able to speak alone with employees working in the same position I applied for without a supervisor being present. That was really very pleasant and especially for me personally very helpful.
