I applied on Disney careers and didn't hear back till a month later and received an email for the web based interview I passed and scheduled a phone interview and now waiting for in person interview.
Friendly step by step process where they ask personal general questions about you and experience in photography and asked things about Disney like favorite characters or lands in the Disney parks

Asked about customer service skills, how I would approach a situation. Interview was comfortable and pretty short. Took a couple months to receive a call back. Asked how familiar I was with a camera
Online interview was very smoothly. First you get interviewed by a recruiter then if you make it to a second interview they make an offer. Overall the interview experience was great.
