The interview was very straight forward. Always emphasize the importance of safety in your answers. It helps to show your enthusiasm for the company, but don't just say that you're a fan. Make sure to talk about how the quality experience of Disneyland is what you admire, and how you'd like to contribute to that.

Takes a very long time. I applied in December and got a job offer in February, training was scheduled to begin in March.
Interview itself is very quick and easy, remember to smile.
