First four rounds of technical interviews+Bar raiser were good. Questions asked were good and overall a good interaction. Hiring manager round was also very good. HM was polite and asked genuine questions. In HR round, main focus was on basic culture fitment questions. Salary was discussed but NOT negotiated. No negotiation happened in HR round. After the HR round, the panel disappeared into thin air. The recruiters in Hotstar are an absolute waste and a disgrace to this company. Making candidates wait for 3-4 weeks after making them go through 6-7 rounds is absolute worst experience. Current recruiters in Hotstar are damaging the image of the company. If company cannot meet expectations of candidate, have the guts to inform the candidate about it rather than ghosting him altogether. Interviewing in this company is a total waste of time.
