Group setting so quite straight forward, they interview multiple people at once and focus on your history and your personality. You wait for them to be ready then as a group they'll give you the history on Dishoom, from there you will sit down one on one but it's not difficult questioning.

Easy and straightforward. They're looking for strong personalities so don't be shy. Practise public speaking as that's an important skill needed for this role. You'll be asked to interact within your group where you can show youu personality.
