I posted my resume for a job on Discover website and got a call from HR in about 2 weeks. He asked me questions about my availabilty and some general questions from my resume. After that, he set up an interview with the hiring manager and team lead and team member. On the day of the interview, I went to the Discover office and met with the hiring manager. The interview was very basic with questions on my past work experience and my courses that I took during my Master's. The second round was with the project team lead and team member. It was mostly technical with basic questions from SQL and JAVA. Overall it was a good experience. The interviewers were polite and cordial.

- Phone behavioral (Mainly talked about your resume and why you're interested) - Hackerank assessment (multiple questions and 2 coding questions) - On-site behavioral/resume/situation interview (this also includes meeting with Discover employees and touring around the campus)
