Entretien
The first round of interviews is on campus. They do a case study-- consulting style--- and a behavor type interview. The case study is pretty straight forward and is less theoretical than a consulting firm might give. They'll ask you actual industry related questions and you'll need to do some math and analysis to figure it out. The behavior based interview is also really easy, they're mostly looking to see if you fit in. The second round is just 3 more behavior based interviews.

Question 1
The business case was all about the credit card industry. Basically they wanted you to think through different scenarios of balancing customer service levels at a call center vs cost/profitability. You need to be able to do basic math in your head, and soundly reason through your logic for what you're proposing.
