The interview started with an on the phone interview with Toni the Regional VP. After completing the on the phone interview I was required to take a drug test and then have a sit-down interview with the Store Manager at SCC10. They made it clear through both that it did not matter how much knowledge I had about changing tires because they do on the job training.

Very thorough, interviewing manager asked questions regarding why I want to work there he was very nice and straightforward. He already knew of the school I was attending was for mechanics, I wanted to gain the experience and skills necessary and he understood.
