Since it was a walk-in interview, there were quite a few who turned up. The entire hiring process starts with a Letter Writing and an Essay Writing test. Once you clear that test, you have an aptitude test which consists of basic grammar and simple maths. After that you have an interview with the HR personnel who will ask you basic questions for eg. Tell me something about yourself, Why do you want to work for us, etc. Post the HR interview was a technical interview. Now, in this technical interview, they ask you very basic questions of networking and cyber security. Also, go through their website well as they also ask you about their company. Post the Technical interview, there is a personal meeting with the compliance head of the Cyber Security Department. This interview was rather interesting and also the person is good to talk to.

3 rounds of interview First: Give a short introduction in best way you can give about yourself(basically checking your english fluency and confidence). Will kick out more then 60% of the candidates.(not fair from my point of view). Second: Same. Checking your english literacy. Will be give a sheet to write a letter and an essay.(mine was to write a complaint letter to the neighbouring society to reduce noise pollution during festival and an essay about a dream i had last night). Third: Technical round. Post is of cyber security but question were completely from networks.(If info. regarding the interview process was much clearer by the company jobssection or on the glassdoor. I would've got the job).Gave as much answers I can but they felt I lacked a bit in technical aspect(for which i was unprepared). Also asked general social questions.(Prepare with linux commands,TCP/IP complete including protocols,OSI model. and other network basic important facts).
