Usually, the Step 1 is the most difficult. If 50 people are applying 2 or 3 go to the Second round. Around 100 people had applied in my College, nobody made it to second round. Package is pretty high-end for the post i had applied for as a fresher

It was great, the questions were difficult and you need to explain full logic. They won't accept a partial solution. Overall the interview was difficult. You need to prepare for it beforehand.

Good. Get your basics right. There aren't any specific topics. Better to have a grasp on Algorithms and Data structures. Also need to know time and space complexity. Pick only programming language you are most comfortable with.

Entretien
Very unprofessional. It seemed as if they were there only to make fun and humiliate students, especially the ones from non-CS background. Multiple rounds but still no offer to any student.
