J'ai passé un entretien chez Direct Supply (Milwaukee, WI)
Entretien
It was a typical 30-minute interview that was well-structured yet conversational in tone. The discussion focused on their current needs, my professional background, and how my experience and approach would align with the goals and expectations of the role. We also touched on working style, collaboration, and overall cultural fit.
The process started with a recruiter screen and a typical engagement. Everyone in the process was really friendly and knowledgeable, and it seemed to be a great place to work. I unfortunately didn't get the job, but really enjoyed the process. They warn you that it may take a little longer, but felt like it really gave perspective to the work, role and team at large. Hearing about what is going on in multiple areas really made me feel more connected and I enjoyed that versus a rushed process. Had a really good conversation with my recruiter at the end of the process, and felt they were really responsive during the journey.
