Tedious and unrelated to the role. Stock interview pack used for multiple jobs and a lot of the time have no relevance to the role you're applying for. Lazy recruitment process and rely on basing all the questions around the company values.

Entretien
From application to scheduling an interview took 30 days. And getting feed back took 39 days. Not exactly a dynamic and fast moving place. Competency style interview, using scripts. Initial chat went well, but once the interviewer started using the script it become bland and rather boring. No attempt made to sell the company/offering or opportunities the role would bring. I did wonder why I bothered applying.

Pretty standard questions, but the "fun" went out of the interview with the scripted questions.
