I applied online and heard back via email a week or so later about scheduling a phone interview. Phone interview went well and was invited for an in person interview which also seemed to go well and pretty standard with questions relating to customer service, past experience, etc. I was told I would hear back in one week, so one week goes by and....nothing. I wait a few more days and email the people I interviewed with regarding whether they've made a decision and I hear...nothing. I send another email a few days later, and you guessed it, nothing! I never heard from them again. Must say that these kind of actions, or lack thereof, is completely unprofessional and downright rude. Applicants put a lot of time and effort in the job search/ interview process, so a simple, "Sorry, we've moved in another direction," is not too much to ask for. Overall very negative experience interviewing with them and I hope they've fixed their act, so they're not inconveniencing other applicants and leaving them hanging.
