I had a positive experience throughout the interview process. It was well structured, efficient and consisted of 3 rounds. Firstly an initial discussion with HR, followed by an in-person interview with the marketing designer and senior marketing manager and finally an interview with the CMO. Before my in person interview I was given a home task to do and I had a few days to complete it and present in the office, The home task was challenging and fun, making it an enjoyable part of the process. The interviews were engaging and thoughtfully conducted, with relevant and challenging questions that allowed me to showcase my experience. Each interviewer provided clear insights about the company and the role, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Communication from HR was excellent from start to finish. I was kept informed every step of the way, and the process felt very smooth and organised. Overall, it left me with a really positive impression of the company, and I was delighted to receive the offer!
