It was a few stages but each one was really relaxed and informative. They wer e SUPER nice. Gave me realistic trajectory, day to day example, and were transparent about the company's growth and future plans. I had to do role play during a couple interviews, which went really well. They gave me solid feedback but also took time to assess and understand my current skillset and were quick to acknowledge that.
