I walked into a very busy restaurant and was quickly greeted by management. We sat down at one of the cleared dining tables and had a quick 5-minute interview, management was very serious and asked exactly what they wanted to know.

They asked if you're able to work at least 5 shifts per week and if you can't work at least that many then your chances are fairly slim as they want open availability.

a train wreck honestly. 1st round interview with the store managers went well, so i came back for a 2nd round interview with their District Manager. they were *still unsure*. the 3rd interview i came for happened to be with one of the owners since he was in store. ridiculous.

Entretien
Three interviews with each of the managers. They are very laid back and chill. The only downside is you have to keep driving here and pay for parking unless you want to park far.
