I came in for an interview after brief phone call following an employee referral. I was asked about my long-term career goals, my proficiency in languages (specifically Mandarin) besides English, and my course schedule. I was offered part-time hours in the Chicago office (Wood Dale, IL) with pay. They were flexible with my school schedule and holidays during final semester.

My friend referred me and I received a phone call setting up for the interview day. About the interview process, they did a math and logical test first, then the branch manager would start to ask you questions.

They scheduled an interview a week after I applied. There is a simple math/english test one has to take. I interviewed with the department manager and then the branch/general manager. They noted that there is a training period. Bilingual is very helpful here, but not required.
